Eight Field of Freedom wants you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. We guarantee our merchandise to be free of manufacturing defects and will accept any defective item for refund or exchange within 30 days of your receipt of the merchandise.
Defective or unworn merchandise must be returned within 30 days of your receipt for either exchange or refund. Returned or exchanged merchandise must be returned new and unused with all original tags still attached. Exchange for like items will be shipped to you via standard ground shipping at no additional cost. Merchandise that has been altered or tailored in any manner cannot be returned or exchanged.
Only merchandise purchased from www.Eightfieldoffreedom.com will be accepted for returns or exchanges. Merchandise purchased from other specialty stores or department stores must be returned to the store from which it was originally purchased.
Eight Field of Freedom offers free returns. For your convenience, a pre-paid return label is included in every package. Please follow instructions below and call our Customer Service Department (213) 749-1586 or email firstname.lastname@example.org with any questions.

RETURN/EXCHANGE A GIFT
If you are returning a gift that was purchased on this website, please contact our Customer Service Department at 1 (213) 749-1586. Please have your order number ready before speaking to a representative (order number is stated on the packing slip). We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.
If you do choose to return the gift item, an email will be sent to you with a new credit code.
Once your package has been received, your refund or exchange will be processed within 7 business days. If there is a refund due, a credit will be issued in the original form of payment.
The credit my not show up until your credit card's next monthly billing cycle. Your banking institution may require additional days to process and post this transaction to your account once they have received the information from us.
